Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
This is a job to inspect and repair large cranes inside a factory (machines used to lift and move heavy materials).
Main duties:
Check whether factory cranes are operating correctly
Repair any breakdowns or problems on-site (work may include tasks at high places)
Prepare inspection reports after completing the work
▼Salary
Monthly salary: ¥241,800 – ¥278,800
Bonus performance: equivalent to 6 months’ salary
Expected annual income: ¥5,000,000 – ¥6,000,000
Includes overtime allowance (assumed 30 hours per month)
Overtime pay is paid separately
Bonuses
Bonus twice a year (July and December)
Additional performance bonus once a year (May, depending on company results)
