【Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager Level】
You will be responsible for overall store operations. Specifically, the duties include the following:
* Manage store sales and costs.
* Handle staff recruitment, training, and shift management.
* Provide customer service to guests.
* Prepare ingredients by washing and cutting them.
* Manage the operation of cooking equipment.
* Improve store operations.
* Properly manage and operate the store while creating a positive atmosphere inside the restaurant.

You will support customers so they can enjoy their meals comfortably. The specific duties include the following:
* Provide customer service and guide guests to their seats.
* Prepare ingredients and serve dishes.
* Handle cooking and cleaning tasks in the kitchen.
* Work together with staff to ensure smooth store operations.

▼Salary
The base salary is ¥300,000 per month. A bonus is paid once a year based on company performance. Salary increases are also given once a year. There is almost no overtime. Transportation expenses are provided up to ¥15,000 per month.
