▼Job Responsibilities
This job involves assisting residents with their daily lives at a care facility. You will provide support to ensure that residents can live safely and comfortably.
- Assist residents with daily activities such as eating, bathing, and using the restroom.
- Help residents walk or move using a wheelchair.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being.
- Enter care records on a tablet and manage information accurately.
- Work closely with nurses and care coordinators to provide high-quality care as a team.
【Daily Schedule (Example: Day Shift)】
9:00 AM – Morning meeting and check on residents' condition
9:30 AM – Assist residents with bathing
12:00 PM – Help with meals and serve food
2:00 PM – Supervise recreational activities (games, exercises, etc.)
4:00 PM – Update care records and help prepare dinner
6:00 PM – Handover tasks to the next staff member and finish work

Monthly Salary: ¥236,000 yen to ¥320,000
