Main Responsibilities
We will entrust you with overall design related to civil engineering work such as work from major general contractors and excellent community-based companies. Since you will belong to a new team that promotes CIM and proceed with the project, you can challenge new technologies while making use of your experience.
We handle field surveys, planning, design (structural calculation, design drawing creation), and inspection with 2D drawings. Depending on the scale of the project, we will work with an external design office.
◎ You will be working in-house instead of being a resident at the customer's site. Once used to it, you can work from home 2-3 times a week.
◎ In order to grasp the current situation, we also have surveying work using drones and ground-based lasers, so if you have experience, you can utilize it.
* There is also a production design office that promotes BIM on the same floor.
〈About projects〉
We work with projects engaged in large-scale civil engineering work (roads, highways, bridges, dams, railroads, revetments, retaining walls, protective walls, river construction, etc.). We have a wide variety of projects, so you can take charge of projects that allow you to play an active role in your area of expertise, based on your experience.

9：00～18：00（Actual work time: 8 hours）
* Some months have a lot of overtime, but the average overtime hours throughout the year is within 20 hours a month.
