Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
・Customer service (including interactions in English, Korean, Chinese, and other languages)
・Serving drinks and food
・Kitchen duties
・Washing dishes
During the trial period, training will mainly focus on role-playing in Japanese.
▼Salary
Hourly wage: 1,520 – 2,000 yen
* Commuting allowance (maximum 1,000 yen per day / maximum 15,000 yen per month)
* Shift Bonus: +¥100 / hour when working 60 hours or more per month
※ Hourly rate increases to ¥1,520 upon meeting the following conditions:
1. English Proficiency Test: Pass an approved English test (e.g., TOEIC).
2. Role-Play Evaluation: Successfully pass our standardized role-play test.
3. Performance Metrics: Meet daily shift performance targets.
