・Fixed overtime allowance: Includes 41 to 45 hours
・Fixed late-night allowance: Includes 1 to 50 hours
(Any excess will be paid separately.)
A 3-month probationary period. There will be no changes to the terms and conditions during this period.
■ Pay Raises: Twice a year (March and September)
■Transportation Allowance: Available (up to 30,000 yen per month)
