▼Job Responsibilities
(1) Kitchen Staff
You will assist with kitchen tasks such as food preparation, simple plating, cleaning up, and washing dishes.
At first, it’s okay to simply follow instructions carefully. We will provide thorough training, so you can learn how to cook ramen with confidence.
(2) Hall / Service Staff
You will guide customers to their seats, provide customer service, operate the register, serve food, and refill water.
At the beginning, all you need is a cheerful “Welcome!”
We warmly welcome anyone who values kindness, attentiveness, and good customer care.
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: 257,200 yen – 512,412 yen
* Your salary goes up as you get promoted through evaluations
◎ Late-Night Shift Allowance
◎ Overtime Pay
◎ Holiday Work Allowance
* Transportation: Fully covered (bus rules apply)
* Pay Raise: 2 times a year / Up to ¥50,000 per year (must pass a test)
* Bonus: 2 times a year (July and December)
