Starting at 174,700 yen (including the Job Satisfaction Allowance)
・Job Satisfaction Bonus
Osaka Prefecture: 6,000 yen/month
・Perfect Attendance Bonus
Up to 6,000 yen per month *Provided that the total number of absences, late arrivals, early departures, and personal errands is 0
・Weekend and Holiday Pay
2,000 yen per shift (4,000 yen per shift for night shifts)
・Night Shift Allowance
Night Shift Allowance: 5,000 yen per shift (16-hour night shift) Late-Night Shift Allowance: 4,000 yen per shift (8-hour night shift)
・Commuting Allowance
Paid in accordance with the Commuting Allowance Policy *Subject to a maximum limit (up to 50,000 yen per month)
・Pay Raise
Once a year (April) *Regular pay raise system*
・Bonuses
Twice a year (summer in June, winter in December): Base salary × 1.0 in June, × 1.08 in December
・Retirement Benefits Program
