▼Job Responsibilities
・Assisting residents with their meals
・Assistance with bathing
・Assistance with using the restroom
・Provide the care needed for daily living
Caring for nine residents on each floor.
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: 206,000 yen
Base Salary: 161,000 yen
Adjustment Allowance: 33,000 yen
Wage Improvement Allowance: 12,000 yen
Perfect Attendance Bonus: 10,000 yen
Night Shift Allowance: 26,000 yen for 6 shifts per month
Travel expenses are reimbursed at actual cost with no upper limit.
Salary increases and bonuses available
(Based on the previous year's results, twice a year, totaling 3.00 months' worth).
