▼Job Responsibilities
[Traffic Control & Site Support Staff]
What You’ll Do:
Traffic & Pedestrian Control: Direct vehicles and passersby safely around construction, roadwork, and parking areas.
Site Setup: Lay out traffic cones, safety barriers, and directional signage to secure the work zone.
Event Security: Assist with crowd and traffic management at festivals, fireworks displays, and special events.
We offer a fully supportive training program, so complete beginners can hit the ground running with confidence.

Daily wage starting at 16,125 yen
*Includes a signing bonus

A stipend of 40,000 yen is provided for the 4-day mandatory training
For the first 40 shifts, you'll receive a daily allowance of 2,500 yen.
