[Care Attendant (Caregiver) Wanted]
We provide support so that older adults can live with peace of mind.
The specific job duties are as follows.
- We provide support for daily living.
- We provide assistance with meals and bathing.
- We also provide emotional support by being there to listen.
▼Salary
[Monthly Salary] 252,000 yen – 328,000 yen
■ Base Salary: 164,000 yen – 220,000 yen
■Location Allowance: 10,000 yen/month
■Special Work Location: 15,000 yen/month
■Job Category Allowance: 5,000 yen/month (includes a 1,000 yen improvement in working conditions allowance)
■Care Staff Treatment Improvement Allowance: 32,000–42,000 yen/month
(Wage Improvement Implementation Period: September 2026–June 2027)
*We plan to provide an update regarding the period following the end of the program as soon as details are finalized.
Payments are made according to one of the following three categories, based on the length of time the Certified Care Worker qualification has been held
(B) Those who have not yet obtained the Certified Care Worker license (but have completed either the Initial Training Program or the Practical Training Program) or those who obtained the license within the last 3 years: 32,000 yen/month
(A) More than 3 years but no more than 7 years since obtaining the Certified Care Worker license: 37,000 yen/month
(S) Over 7 years since obtaining Certified Care Worker certification: 42,000 yen/month
■ Night Shift Allowance: 26,000 yen (based on 5 long night shifts per month). Night shifts typically occur 4 to 5 times per month.
*Long night shift allowance: 5,000 yen per shift; 6,000 yen per shift starting with the 5th shift of the month
■Other
・Certification Allowance: Certified Care Worker: 10,000 yen/month *Only if you hold the certification*
・Late-night shift allowance: 3,500 yen per shift
※Full reimbursement of transportation expenses
*Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and other factors.
Pay Raises: Once a year (April)
Bonuses: Twice a year (June and December)

[Rotating Shift System]
(Early shift) 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (8 hours of actual work, 60-minute break)
(Day Shift) 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (8 hours of actual work, 60-minute break)
(Late shift) 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (8 hours of actual work, 60-minute break)
(Night Shift) 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 a.m. the following day (15 hours of actual work, 120-minute break); each night shift counts as two days of work
(Late-night shift) 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day (8 hours of actual work, 120-minute break) may also be possible
