[Kitchen Staff]
- Chopping ingredients or simmering soup
- Serving a cup of coffee that delights our customers
[Customer Service Staff]
- Take orders from customers
- Handling payments and preparing tables
[Store Management Staff]
- Shift scheduling and sales management
- Work with staff to ensure the store runs smoothly

Base Salary: 300,000 yen
*Includes allowances
Fixed Overtime Allowance: 52,800 yen
Fixed overtime hours: 30.90 hours
Fixed Late-Night Work Allowance: 11,000 yen
Fixed late-night working hours: 32.20 hours
Pay raises are determined based on annual performance evaluations conducted three times a year.
As a general rule, the full amount of the commuting allowance is paid.
