▼Job Responsibilities
You will be in charge of customer service for bilingual projects.
We are looking for people with no IT experience who want to work in an English-speaking IT environment, as well as people with experience in bilingual IT work.
Job Summary: This position will be assigned to a project based on your experience and starting date.
Project assignments will be determined based on your experience and start date of employment. You will be involved in operational projects using both Japanese and English.
Mainly user support operation projects, and many of the projects involve support by touching actual equipment.
Project examples
Bilingual help desk work for a major foreign pharmaceutical company in Tokyo.
- Mainly support for client PCs, mobile phones and peripherals
- User support will be provided mainly in Japanese, and collaboration with overseas engineers will be provided in English.

Basic salary: 235,000 yen and up
Deemed overtime: 30,000 yen
