【Salary model】 ※depends on location and experience
293,688 yen/month
Breakdown: Base salary 220,000 yen + various allowances 73,688 yen (midnight allowance 28,688 yen, foreign language allowance 15,000 yen, business allowance 30,000 yen)
Transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen per month)
465,450 yen/month
Breakdown: Base salary 220,000 yen + various allowances 245,450 yen (midnight allowance 45,450 yen, foreign language allowance 30,000 yen, business allowance 85,000 yen, responsible person allowance 85,000 yen)
Additional transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen per month)
▼Contract Period
You will start out as a contract employee for one year.
Many people become permanent employees after about a year to a year and a half.

▼Working Days and Hours
Variable hour work system with two shifts
Day shift 08:00-20:00 (including 2 hours overtime and 2 hours break)
Night shift 20:00-08:00 (including 2 hours overtime and 2 hours break)
*In a month with 31 days, if you work 177.1 hours, you will be paid a base salary of 220,000 yen.

Depends on the number of working days
For example-
If you work weekdays (Monday through Friday) on day shifts:
10 hours per day x 20 working days = 200 hours
Base salary equivalent = 177.1 hours
200 hours - 177.1 hours = 22.9 hours of overtime

<Training period>
【Inzai】Initial training is one month.
【Fukuoka】Initial training is 3 days.
