▼Job Responsibilities
We are entrusted with termite, moisture and earthquake-proofing underfloor work to prolong the life of our customers' valuable homes.
We work in pairs and are responsible for one or two daily projects, each taking an average of two to five hours. The work is finished by the time the sun goes down.
We visit a different house daily to do the work, so the result is fresh and gives us a sense of accomplishment.
When the work is completed successfully, we receive words of thanks directly from the customer, which makes the job very rewarding.
You will start with simple tasks until you get used to working.
▼Salary
Monthly salary from 200,500 yen
*Trial period is 3 months, during which the daily wage is 9,000 yen.
*In addition to the base salary of 187,500 yen, a flat housing allowance (single person: 13,000 yen, married person: 18,000 yen) is paid.
*All overtime allowances are paid in full.
*Examples of the annual income of senior employees
22 years old (2nd year with the company): 3,950,000 yen
Age 25 (3rd year with the company): 4.13 million
Age 31 (5th year with the company): 4.17 million
Age 32 (8th year with the company): 4.67 million
