Meals and physical care: Assistance with washing hair, bathing, toileting, diapering, getting up and going to bed, etc.

Housekeeping assistance: meal preparation and cleanup, room cleaning, laundry, bed making, etc.

Some jobs last from 30 minutes to longer hours, such as 10 hours. We will introduce you to one that fits your lifestyle.

▼Salary
Most care work is 1,430 yen per hour.
Due to differences in the amount of support provided by the government to people with disabilities, there are a few jobs that pay 2,030 yen per hour and 1,240 yen per hour.
Transportation expenses will be paid up to 1,000 yen one way.

▼Contract Period
Renewal for one year.
Renew annually if there are no problems.

▼Working Days and Hours
You can work from 1 hour per month to those who work more than 160 hours per month to suit your lifestyle.
The decision is based on consultation between the company and the worker.

The hourly rate for the probationary period is 1130 yen. The probationary period ends at the end of the month when the total number of working hours reaches 100 hours.

We provide a monthly rent subsidy of 82,000 yen to staff members who cooperate in responding to the disaster or when vacancies occur.
