■Duties:
The company will expand its overseas sales organization in order to expand its own nursing care products, such as its flagship product, Refle adult diapers, to the ASEAN region. The company currently has its own factory in the U.S. and has a substantial sales channel to the U.S. market, but in the future, the company plans to expand its sales channels to ASEAN, where demand is expected to increase due to the aging population and other factors.
■Duties
The Overseas Sales Section is in charge of sales support operations.
Negotiation with business partners regarding the conclusion of contracts, etc.
Production of sales promotion materials such as pamphlets and POP (translation from Japanese to foreign languages, composition, creation of videos, etc.)
Support for agents
Arrangement of trade certification documents
Arrangement of overseas shipment documents
Obtaining certificates of origin
Processing of overseas payments, expenses, and other internal and external negotiations, etc.
In order to arrange the necessary documents for trade certification, contracts, and overseas shipments in each country, accurate reading and understanding of English and direct communication in English with overseas customers are required, and practical English and practical knowledge of trade administration are necessary.
