This job involves repairing and cleaning buildings such as apartments, condominiums, and stores.
This includes waterproofing, painting, sealing, ground repair, and tile repair.
The goal is to keep buildings beautiful and increase their durability.
Sometimes physical labor is required to transport, prepare, and install materials.

Inexperienced: 11,000 yen/day
Experienced: 12,000-14,000 yen/day

Example: 2nd year with the company: 13,000 yen x 24 days = 312,000 yen
During training period: 10,000 yen/day

In the morning, we will gather at the office (202 Rurban Kunitachi, 4150-4 Yaho, Kunitachi-shi, Tokyo) and drive to the site in a company car.
