【Guiding pedestrians】
When trucks are parked at a construction site, we ask pedestrians to wait for the trucks so that they are not in the way.
We also provide guidance to pedestrians and protect them from danger.

【Vehicle Guidance】
When a vehicle parks at a work site, we inform the staff around the site that "a car is coming in!" to ensure safety.

There is no difficult or hard physical work involved!
Even if you have no experience, you can work with peace of mind through training and on-site support.

▼Salary
■Daily wage
・Day shift: 10,020 yen *8 hours actual work, 1 hour break
・Night shift: 12,250 yen *8 hours actual work, 1 hour break
・Middle：7,790 yen *6 hours of work, 1 hour break
・Half shift: 5,560 yen *4 hours of actual work

Salary increase is available!
Full daily wage is guaranteed even if work finishes early!

■If there is overtime work,,
・Overtime allowance: 785 yen/30 minutes (day shift)
・Overtime allowance: 960 yen/30 minutes (night shift)

■Payment method: daily payment
*Daily payment and bank transfer OK
*Up to 5,000 yen per day for dormitory students
*The balance is paid together on the 5th of each month (payday)

▼Working Days and Hours
【Working hours】
Shifts will be determined between 8:00 and 6:00 the following day.
・Day shift: 8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00 (depending on site)
・Night shift: 20:00 to 5:00 or 21:00 to 6:00 (depending on site)
Variable working hours on a monthly basis

【Break time】
Break time is in accordance with legal requirements.

▼Overtime Details
About 2 hours per month.
Some sites finish early in the work day as well.

▼Training
■Legal training: 3 days (20 hours), 10,000 yen per day for training. Lunch is included.
■Trial period: 2 months. No change in salary.
