*After that, it will be possible of promotion to the store manager and the area manager.

<Monthly salary
222,000 yen and up (including various allowances)
Basic salary: 200,000 yen and up
<Annual salary at time of hire
4,000,000 yen to 5,300,000 yen

Promotion: Once a year / Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)
Model annual salary: 5,440,000-6,500,000 (store manager)

9:00-25:00 (Prescribed working hours: 8 hours)
Break time: 60 minutes

Work either the early, middle, or late shift.
Shifts are decided 2 to 3 weeks in advance.

Work Example)
Early shift: 9:00 to 18:00 (1 hour break)
Middle shift: 11:00 to 21:00 (2 hours break)
Late shift: 16:00 to 25:00 (1 hour break)

9 days off per month *8 days off per month in February only
Paid holidays (10 days in the first year), congratulation or condolence, year-end and New Year holidays (all stores are closed on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day), maternity and childcare leave, special maternity leave for spouses, nursing care leave, leave for caring for children (5 days/year without pay)
