▼Job Responsibilities
We are entrusted with repairing and maintaining rooms and facilities at the nursing homes operated by our group.
Most of the work is relatively low in difficulty, and basic knowledge can be learned after joining the company, so please do not worry if you have no experience!

<Specific job duties include>
Replacement of wallpaper and flooring after tenants move out, and cleaning.
Replacement and repair of parts for faucets, air conditioning, welfare equipment, fixtures, appliances, kitchen equipment, etc.
■Electrical work and equipment installation
└No qualifications or specialized knowledge is required. It is not that difficult work.
■Simple data entry (using Word and Excel)
Basic work is done by one to three people, and large-scale work is done by a large group. However, please be assured that you will not be left alone immediately after joining the company.

You will be in charge of nursing care facilities in Tokyo and 3 prefectures (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama).

The distance is within an hour's ride by train or car, so the burden of travel is not that great.
If you travel by train, you will work one job per day. If you travel by car, you may visit 3 or 4 sites per day.

◉Work Points
Pay close attention to safety management on site.
Work is done in the presence of residents.
Large items, such as wallpaper, may be carried on a cart, so be very careful to ensure safety to avoid accidents.

◉All work is done in a comfortable indoor environment!
All of our work sites are located in our group's nursing care facilities. The room temperature is moderately controlled, so you can work in relative comfort even in summer and winter.

Monthly salary of 270,000 yen or more + fixed bonus twice a year
(100,000 yen each will be paid)
Preferential treatment will be given based on experience, ability, etc.
Overtime will be paid in full separately.

■Two days off per week (8 to 9 days per month)
└Basically, 2 days off for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays combined. If there are more than 9 Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in a month, you will be required to work.
