Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
Guide and direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic at construction sites, events, etc.

▼Salary
▼The daily wage for the probationary period (6 months) will be as follows:
-Day shift: 10,000 yen (9,000 yen + 1,000 yen for transportation)
-Night shift: 12,000 yen (11,000 yen + 1,000 yen for transportation)

▼After the probationary period, the salary will be as follows:
-Day shift: 9,000 yen + transportation expenses + allowance
-Night shift: 11,000 yen + transportation + allowance

▼Allowances:
-Paid Amount: 0-5000 yen
Allowances will be paid after 6 months (after probationary period)
※Allowances and their amount will be determined based on the employee's ability and work attitude.

▼Contract Period
No fixed term (retirement age is 70)
There is a reemployment system after retirement.

▼Working Days and Hours
■Day shift: 8:00~17:00 *8 hours
■Night shift: 20:00~5:00 *8 hours

However, there may be a slight change depending on the place of work, and there is a possibility of leaving early.

Basically none.

▼Holiday
Determined by shift schedule.
At least one day off per week.

Legal training available; 24,000 yen/20hours (lunch provided separately)
