▼Job Responsibilities
・Hall operations (information, order taking, accounting, cleaning, etc.)
・Kitchen operations (preparation, cooking, drinks, washing up, etc.)

*We will ask you to work in both the hall and the kitchen.
*We will also entrust you with store management duties such as ordering, human resource development, shift preparation, and sales management so that you can eventually play an active role as a store manager.
*We have a training and backup system that includes on-the-job training and group training at the head office, so even those who are new to the company can start their careers without worry.

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 243,000 yen to 370,000 yen

*The above amounts include 22 hours of fixed overtime (deemed overtime pay) (34,000 yen to 51,000 yen).
*Above + bonus twice a year + financial bonus (depending on performance).
*Additional overtime wages will be paid for overtime work in excess of 22 hours.
*We will provide professional treatment according to your experience.
