<Assembly>
Assembling parts using an electric screwdriver, air screwdriver, and hammer.
The number of parts to be assembled is a little large, and the work is done on a line by a group of 3 to 4 workers.
<Sorting and transporting>
This work involves taking the parts necessary for the assembly of a single transmission from the parts rack and transporting them to the assembly process.
Sorting our all necessary parts from approximately 10,000 parts and set on a parts table (hand-pushed wagon), taking care not to have any odd items, odd numbers, or missing parts.
At first glance, this may seem difficult task, but it is not as the parts are checked with a bar code reader.
<Cleaning of parts>
Disassembling transmissions collected at the factory using electric screwdrivers and other tools, and removing various parts
After that, cleaning the parts to be reassembled.
