▼Job Responsibilities
Currently, 6 foreign nationals (Vietnam and China) are in the team.
All six are engaged in welding operations.
We plan to increase the number of foreigners performing welding in the future, so we are looking for someone to manage the international team in the company.
▼Salary
Monthly salary
200,000-300,000 yen + commuting allowance paid separately
Salary Structure
(1) Basic salary
(2) Job allowance
(3) Commuting allowance (paid when there is a certain distance between the company and the residence)
Payment terms
Salary is paid at the end of each month and transferred to the bank on the 10th of the following month.

No fixed term of contract
▼Working Days and Hours
Working days: 261 days per year
Variable working hours per year
Working hours: 8:00-17:00 (80-minute break)
▼Overtime Details
1 month: 10 to 30 hours
▼Holiday
① Days off: 105 days per year
② Depends on the company calendar.
③ Generally, weekends are days off (some Saturdays may be required to work).
④ Year-end and New Year holidays and Obon are available as special vacations.
▼Training
Trial period: 6 months
▼Work Location
10 minute walk from Menda Station on JR Nanao Line.
▼Available Insurance
Health insurance, employee pension, unemployment insurance, workers' accident compensation insurance
▼Benefit
