Kitchen staff duties include preparing the main dish and appetizer salads. Hall staff will be responsible for greeting customers, sending them off, accepting orders and bar counter service (in some cases).
The theme of restaurant NIKUAZABU is for our specialists to determine which meat to cut, and to prepare it in the most delicious way for the clients to enjoy. Similarly, the taste differs depending on "the type of cut", "cooking process", and the "kind of sauce". We constantly seek new tastes and ways to complement food ingredients to the utmost. Inside the store, there is warm space, with the interior made from food, where customers can enjoy a meal in the casual atmosphere.
There is an open kitchen at all store counters, where you can enjoy the meal while watching the meat being cut. Our goal is to make good use of Japanese yakiniku culture by showing the importance of "cooking", "service" and "space". We aim to grow daily and to be a yakiniku restaurant that is indispensable to the city.
