▼Job Responsibilities
General nursing care in a day service.
Main duties:
Assistance with meals, bathing, washroom assistance, and medication
Recreation planning and execution, etc.
Those with a driver's license are also required to provide transportation services.
Additionally, for example, those skilled in vegetable gardening will be tasked to help tend the garden, and those skilled in confectionery will be tasked to help bake birthday cakes.
Our job is to assist our clients with tackling their daily activities that they can no longer do themselves.
Those with no experience or qualifications are also welcome, as the company provides training in treatment etiquette, listening, dementia handling, and so on!

Full-time employees
Monthly salary is 232,000 yen to 270,000 yen.
Bonuses are available!
Base salary: 190,549 yen
Overtime allowance: 28,536 yen (20 hours per month, regardless of excess or deficient hours)
Night shift allowance: 5,715 yen (separate from base salary/for 4 times a month)
*At most 4 times in effect
Applicable hours: 22:00 - 5:00 the next day (6 hours per day: 1 hour break)
Excess amount will be paid separately.
Treatment allowance: 7,200 yen
Consultant allowance: 10,000 yen for qualified consultants, 20,000 yen with work experience
Position allowance: 20,000 yen
Transportation expenses are provided (subject to regulations)

Night shift: from 16,400 yen
