Main job responsibilities are as follows:
- Greet customers with a smile and take their orders
- Make delicious Okonomiyaki and Teppanyaki
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and create a welcoming space
- Collaborate with everyone and hold fun events

▼Salary
Full Time Employee:
- Monthly salary: 230,000 yen to 400,000 yen
- Fixed overtime pay 60,000 yen for 45 hours included
- Overtime work beyond 45 hours will be paid as increased wages

Part Time Employees:
- Hourly wage: 1,001 yen
- Work hours: between 10:00-18:00 for 5-8 hours, 2-3 days per week
- Training period: 3 months
- Actively hiring individuals who can work on the weekends
- Transportation expenses covered (up to 10,000 yen per month)

▼Overtime Details
Regarding overtime work, a fixed overtime fee of 60,000 yen includes (45 hours' worth of work). Overtime work exceeding 45 hours will be paid additionally as premium wages.

▼Holiday
Holidays vary according to the shift, 1 to 2 days off per week. New Year holidays and paid leave provided. We are also open to discussions about additional days off.

▼Training
The training period is 3 months. The salary during the probationary period is 200,000 yen per month
