・Treatment improvement allowance: 27,000 yen
・Additional allowance for specific treatment improvement: 3,000 yen (for non-care workers)
・Night shift allowance: 6,000 yen/time (average of 5 times per month)

・Family allowance: Spouse 10,000 yen
