▼Job Responsibilities
-Customer service (English speaking for customer service is a must)
-Drink and food serving
-Kitchen work
-Washing dishes
During the trial/training period, training will be focused mainly on role-plays in Japanese.
▼Salary
1,350-2,000 yen per hour
Commuting allowance
(Actual expense / maximum 1,000 yen per day, maximum 15,000 yen per month)
◼︎ The following allowances are provided according to performance and circumstances.
*The following allowances are not uniformly provided to all employees.
◼︎60 Allowance
(Equivalent to +50 yen per hour for actual work of 60 hours or more per month)
◼︎Allowance for achievement
If you clear the following conditions, you will be paid 1,500 yen per hour.
1. Passing an English proficiency test (TOEIC, etc.)
2.Pass the prescribed role-play test
3. Clear the performance standard for each workday
Other factors such as work attitude will also be considered.
