The salary is a monthly base of ¥280,000, with an overtime allowance of ¥41,320 for 20 hours, as overtime is expected to be around 20 hours per month. There are bonuses and opportunities for pay raises, and transportation costs are covered up to ¥22,000 per month. A job capability allowance of ¥78,680 is included, covering late-night premium hours. The estimated annual income ranges from ¥3.64 million to ¥3.9 million. A company housing subsidy is available, where the company will cover half the rent plus ¥20,000 if you find your own accommodation.
