▼Job Responsibilities
**[Hall Staff]**
A customer service role at the diner where you welcome and assist customers.
- Serve tea to customers
- Bring ordered dishes to tables
- Handle cash register at checkout
Orders are taken via tablets at each table, reducing customer service workload.
**[Kitchen Staff]**
A position in the kitchen preparing meals and assisting with food prep.
- Cook and plate dishes on the grill
- Simple ingredient cutting
- Dishwashing
- Cleaning the kitchen area
No special skills are required, so it’s an easy role for beginners to start with confidence.
▼Salary
The salary is a monthly base of ¥280,000, with an overtime allowance of ¥41,320 for 20 hours, as overtime is expected to be around 20 hours per month. There are bonuses and opportunities for pay raises, and transportation costs are covered up to ¥22,000 per month. A job capability allowance of ¥78,680 is included, covering late-night premium hours. The estimated annual income ranges from ¥3.64 million to ¥3.9 million. A company housing subsidy is available, where the company will cover half the rent plus ¥20,000 if you find your own accommodation.
