- I pay the bill and see customers off with a smile.
- I also clean the restaurant to keep it clean.

- Prepare delicious rice and oshinko (pickles).
- We will ask you to provide simple cooking assistance as the eel is prepared by professionals.
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen.

- Management of sales, labor cost, food cost, cost of goods, etc.
- Shift management
- Personnel training and management, etc.
