Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
This job is to support the independence of the residents (people with disabilities) living in the group home
- Daily living support (cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.)
- Health management and vital checks
- Prepare logbooks and case records, etc.
▼Salary
17:00 - 9:00 the next day / 16,000 - 18,000 yen
* Salary increase: once a year
* Transportation expenses paid as stipulated
* Various allowances (qualifications, night shift, overtime)
▼Contract Period
No fixed term of employment
▼Working Days and Hours
17:00 - 9:00 the next day
* Including 2 hours break (nap room available)
* Must work more than 1 day a week
Working shifts on request. Side jobs, W-work, and work with dependents are also acceptable!

Overtime work is occasionally required

Day-off based on shift
Paid leave available

6 months of trial (no change in conditions)
