Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
Comprehensive caregiving for facility residents' daily lives, including:
- Meal assistance
- Bathing assistance
- Toileting assistance
- Recreational activities
▼Salary
Base salary : 210,000 yen～
Treatment improvement allowance
Special allowance
+Other allowances
Allowances are available for years of experience and for those who have held positions in the company.

No fixed term of contract
▼Working Days and Hours
1. 09:00 - 17:45
2. 07:30 - 16:15
3. 11:00 - 19:45
4. 17:00 - 09:00 (the next day)
*Actual working hours: 15 hours, with a 60-minute break*
*Break: 45 minutes for shifts with 8 actual working hours.*
▼Overtime Details
Overtime may be required as needed.
▼Holiday
Shift-based schedule with two days off per week, totaling 108 days annually.
Includes summer and winter holidays, as well as maternity, paternity, and caregiving leave.
