Monthly salary: 241,000 yen to 288,000 yen (for those without qualifications and experience / without qualifications and inexperienced: starting from 241,000 yen, with qualifications and experience, starting from 243,000 yen, for certified care workers, starting from 253,000 yen). The salary includes a night shift allowance for 5 nights (7,000 yen per shift). Salary increases range from 500 yen to 2,500 yen per month (based on performance), and the annual bonus ranges from 5,300 yen to 63,000 yen (based on performance). There is an average of 2 hours of overtime per month.
