Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
[Store Manager Candidate]
Operate a charming restaurant while enjoying the atmosphere of Okinawa.
- Oversee and manage overall store operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and deliver delicious meals to delight guests.
- Lead and supervise staff, manage shifts, and foster a cohesive team.

[Manager]
Drive the growth of multiple locations through efficient management.
- Oversee three restaurants, collaborating with store managers to create a productive and enjoyable working environment.

[Product Development]
Create new menu items to bring joy to customers.
- Utilize on-site experience to design and develop new dishes and products.
- Prioritize customer feedback and turn innovative ideas into reality.

▼Salary
The monthly salary ranges from 320,000 to 430,000 yen, determined based on experience and previous annual income. The monthly salary includes incentives. Salary reviews are conducted 12 times a year. A fixed overtime allowance of 67,000 to 78,000 yen (for 45 hours) is included, and any work beyond the fixed overtime hours will be compensated separately.
For a Store Manager Candidate, the annual salary example is 4,000,000 yen (35 years old, with 3 years of experience), including a monthly salary of 320,000 yen plus performance-based bonuses.
Transportation costs are covered up to 35,000 yen per month. Benefits include employee recognition programs, incentive schemes, bonus systems, New Year's allowances, and more.
