[Recruitment Consultant]
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be the link between companies and job seekers.
- You will be responsible for developing new business relationships and acquiring new job seekers. You will not be doing sales dives, but will be using the media.
- We meet with job seekers, confirm their experience and preferences, correct their resume, and provide job introductions.
- We manage their progress through pre-interview preparation and sharing of selection results.
- After a job offer is made, we support the job seeker's new life by following up with them through the hiring process and after they have joined the company.

As a career advisor, I support job seekers to help them find a new way of working and a new career.
Specific duties are described below.
- Acquire job seekers and introduce them to jobs that meet their needs through the media.
- Through interviews with registered job seekers, we listen to their experience and preferences in detail and guide them to the most suitable workplaces.
- We assist with pre-interview preparation and provide feedback on selection results to boost your job search.
- After making an offer of employment, we follow up with the candidate to ensure that he/she can start his/her new career with peace of mind.

The salary is 250,000 yen per month.
Salary will be determined at interview, taking into consideration the salary of the previous position.
