[Sales Position for New Prescription Pharmacies]
Without experience, you can gain sales skill . With learning important things, you can gain the ability to suggest toward customers confidently. Below are the tasks you will be conducting.
- You will suggest the receipt computer "Pharmy" to our pharmacy customers.
- You will make appointments by phone, visit customers to conduct business negotiation and product demonstrations.
- Through sales work, you can experience the growth of the company.
- You will work towards achieving goals with a focus on numbers.
▼Salary
Monthly salary system: 270,000 yen or more
Incentives and various allowances are paid separately (subject to regulations).
Including fixed overtime of 40 hours/month (64,500 yen/month); excess amount to be paid separately
＜Breakdown of basic fixed salary
Basic salary: 180,000-190,000 yen
Position level allowance: 25,500-34,500 yen
Fixed overtime: 64,500-70,500 yen *40 hours/month
＜Other allowances
Commuting and transportation expenses: In principle, all expenses are paid.
Position allowance: Paid from section manager and above
Housing allowance: Provided in accordance with company regulations
Incentive allowance: Provided

▼Overtime Details
The average of overtime in a month is about 20 hours. A fixed overtime pay for 40 hours is included in the salary, and any excess is paid separately.
▼Holiday
The annual holidays are 125 days, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If the total of Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays does not reach 125 days, there will be an additional adjustment allowance.

Trial period: 3 months after employment
Salary during the trial period will be base salary of 161,500-180,500 yen, position level allowance of 19,000-32,775 yen, and fixed overtime pay of 57,000-66,975 yen.

Work location is at Moinet Systems Co., Ltd., Tokyo Sales Office, with the address being Tokyo-to, Toshima-ku, Ikebukuro 2-43-1, Ikebukuro Aoyagi Building, 7th floor. The transportation access is a 5-minute walk from each line's "Ikebukuro" station.
