▼Job Responsibilities
[Store Staff Duties]
In our stores, you will have fun communicating with customers and providing them with delicious meals.
- Customer service duties: Greeting customers with a smile and serving them.
- Kitchen duties: Preparing delicious dishes and offering them to customers.

[Employee Duties]
As an employee, you will support the growth of our store together.
- Training and management of part-time workers: Nurturing our colleagues who work alongside us.
- Shift creation: Making schedules that allow everyone to work comfortably.
- Inventory check and ordering: Efficiently managing the necessary food ingredients and products.
- Sales management: Firmly grasping the store's sales and considering improvements.

We have a training system in place so that even beginners can start with confidence. Let's grow together while interacting with many people.

▼Salary
- The monthly salary will be 259,000 yen or more + various allowances + bonus paid twice a year.
- The fixed overtime pay (for 30 hours, at least 49,000 yen per month) is included in the monthly salary. Additional overtime will be paid separately.
- Pay raises occur once a year (with salary revision in July).
- Bonuses are paid twice a year (June and December).
- Position allowance, job capability allowance, and housing allowance (partial rent subsidy in case of relocation for transfer) are included.
- For a store manager in their 9th year of employment, aged 44, the model annual income is 4.7 million yen (monthly income 346,000 yen).
- For a store manager in their 4th year of employment, aged 35, the model annual income is 4.34 million yen (monthly income 329,000 yen).
