【Machine Operation & Maintenance Work】
This is a job working in a factory in Chikusei city, Ibaraki Prefecture. Even those without experience can start with peace of mind. The job includes the following tasks:
- Operating manufacturing machinery according to the procedure manual.
- Patrolling within the factory and inspecting/maintaining about 10 machines (no worries, as it is done as a team).
- Setting materials to film winding machines. Heavy lifting is minimized by using cranes.
There is a thorough training program that starts exclusively during the daytime, allowing you to work with confidence. There is also a system that allows you to obtain crane and rigging licenses for free. It's an environment where you can grow by acquiring qualifications even without experience, so please feel free to apply.
▼Salary
The hourly wage is 1,700 yen, and this high wage is specially applied for the first two months of employment.
After that, the hourly wage will change to 1500 yen.
Overtime allowance is 25% more than the hourly wage, and there is also an allowance for late night work.
Transportation expenses are fully covered, but there are stipulations. Also, for a limited time, dormitory expenses are free for two months, and the dormitory is a one-room apartment with furniture and appliances.
