【Care Staff】

* Assist residents with their daily routines
* Help with health monitoring and medication
* Use tablets to record and share information
【Night Shift Staff】
Help create a safe and comfortable nighttime environment. As a night shift staff member, you play a key role in maintaining a calm and secure setting.
* Monitor residents during the night
* Assist with morning preparations and vital sign checks
* Be prepared to respond to any emergencies
▼Salary
Applicants with a caregiving qualification and over 3 years of experience will be offered an hourly wage of ¥1,800 or more.
Those with caregiving experience but without a qualification, or with less than 3 years of experience, will be offered ¥1,500 to ¥1,700 per hour, depending on discussions with the facility.
We will propose the highest possible wage based on your experience.
Transportation costs are fully covered, and overtime is paid by the minute.
▼Contract Period
We begin with an initial contract of 2 to 3 months, after which we’ll confirm whether to renew the agreement.
We welcome applicants who are available for long-term work.
The contract period can be adjusted based on your availability.
