◇ Group Home Care

A facility where elderly people with dementia live together in small groups.

・Small Units (5–9 residents)
Easier to build relationships with residents and staff. Great for those who enjoy teamwork and interacting with others.

・Specialized Dementia Care
Support daily life and provide emotional care to help residents feel safe. Willingness to learn about dementia and care techniques is important.

・Support for Independence
To slow dementia progression, residents share roles in cooking, cleaning, and housework. Always provide care tailored to each individual.

No experience: ¥1,600 – ¥2,400 per hour
With experience: ¥1,800 – ¥2,700 per hour
