- Assist with meals.
- Support with changing clothes.
- Help with bathing.
【Recreation Staff】
- Plan and run events like senior appreciation gatherings and Christmas parties.
- Celebrate residents' birthdays.

Monthly Salary: ¥253,000 and up (includes 4 night shift allowances)
Pay Raises: Once per year
Bonuses: Twice per year
