Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
・Guest services (providing hospitality in English, Korean, Chinese, and other languages)
・Explaining the menu and providing personalized recommendations
・Engaging in friendly communication with guests
・Serving food and drinks
・Kitchen support and food preparation
・Dishwashing and cleaning
・Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
During the probationary period, training will focus primarily on Japanese language role-playing and service standards.

Monthly Salary: ¥275,000 ~
* Full transportation coverage
* Performance-based salary increases
* Performance-based bonuses
▼Contract Period
Permanent Position (No fixed-term contract)
▼Working Days and Hours
5 days a week, 8 hours a day
Shift-based between 9:00 AM – 7:00 AM (40 hours per week / Monthly flexible working hour system)
* Includes weekends and public holidays
▼Overtime Details
No overtime in principle
Occasional overtime may be required during peak seasons

Days off based on the shift schedule
Annual leave: 104 days
Annual paid leave

Probationary Period: 6 months (No changes in salary or benefits)
