You will be in charge of preparing Japanese cuisine, Japanese dishes, and kaiseki cuisine at a long-established Japanese restaurant in Kita-Kamakura. Your job is to provide delicious meals to customers.
The specific duties are as follows:
- Preparing ingredients, cooking, and presentation.
- Handling the preparation of fish, meat, and vegetables.
- Managing orders and inventory of ingredients.
- Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene management in the kitchen.
You will be involved in various dishes, including delivery and take-out of kaiseki bento for local customers, as well as serving Gozen and Shokado Kaiseki. We welcome those who have a cooking license or wish to further enhance their Japanese cooking skills.
▼Salary
A monthly salary of 223,000 yen or more will be determined by considering experience and ability. It includes a fixed overtime allowance, with salary raises and bonuses (twice a year, a total of two months' worth based on last year's performance) provided. Overtime allowances are also paid. In the case of 3 or more years of experience, there is an example of a monthly salary of 296,000 yen (an expected annual income of 4,019,000 yen).
