▼Job Responsibilities
【Kitchen Staff】
- Responsible for the preparation and cooking of dishes, providing delicious meals.
- Manage ingredients and clean up carefully.
【Hall Staff】
- Welcoming customers with a smile and guiding them to their seats.
- Accurately taking orders and serving food and drinks to customers.
In either position, you will cooperate with the team to provide a comfortable service. We welcome individuals with a desire to grow.
▼Salary
The basic salary is 232,200 yen. It includes a fixed overtime allowance of 25,800 yen (15.3 hours) and a fixed late night work allowance of 2,000 yen (5.9 hours). If you have more than 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry in Japan, the monthly salary is 280,000 yen, and if less, it is 260,000 yen. Overtime exceeding this is paid on a per-minute basis at the statutory additional rate. The bonus is given once a year, and salary increases occur three times a year (in September, January, and May). Commuting allowances are generally paid in full.
