▼Job Responsibilities
【Customer Service Staff】
Welcome customers with a smile, guide them to their seats, and take orders.
Serve food and drinks carefully, and assist with payment.
Warm communication with customers is valued.
【Cooking Support Staff】
You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, simple cooking, and plating dishes.
You will cook in an open kitchen while communicating with customers.
Depending on your experience, you may also handle main cooking duties and suggest new menu items.
Both positions offer an environment where even those with no experience can work with confidence.
You will enjoy running the restaurant together with the staff.
▼Salary
Monthly salary is ¥215,039, and the total payment amount is ¥240,000, including 7 hours of late-night allowance and fixed overtime pay for 5 hours, which is ¥24,961.
Any excess overtime will be paid separately.
Bonuses are paid twice a year, depending on company performance and individual evaluation.
