Job Details: IT Jobs in Japan (operated by Japanese Online School) is a job change support business for non-Japanese IT engineers living in Japan to help them further their careers.
Working style: Currently, there are 5 members participating in this project: 3 Japanese, 1 Indonesian, and 1 American. Our head office is located in Tokyo, but you can work remotely from overseas. We are a fully remote, fully flexible company that is not restricted by location or time.
Duties: Supporting IT engineers living in Japan in their job search: Sourcing, customer acquisition, interviewing, recommendations to companies, and a series of other tasks as a recruiter.
Requirements: Middle to senior level recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in recruiting IT engineers (either as a recruiter in HR or in a recruiting company).
Japanese level equivalent allowing for daily conversation (N3-) is good. English ability is preferred.
Selection Process
STEP 1:Screening of documents
STEP 2:Leadership interview (to confirm fit with career path and desired conditions)
STEP 3:Representative interview
STEP 4:Offer of employment
(In principle, interviews are conducted via the Internet).

3-5 million yen per year + performance-based compensation (including 45 hours of fixed overtime).

No fixed term of contract.
▼Working Days and Hours
Weekdays: 9:00~18:00
▼Overtime Details
An average of 20 hours per month.

2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)

Training period: None
Trial period: 6 months (*there are no change in conditions during the trial period)

In principle, fully remote (you can come to the Shibuya office if you would like).
Some consultants work remotely from overseas (e.g., Indonesia).
