About Company

est corporation Co.,Ltd
I believe that every person has unlimited potential.
A baby who can't stand suddenly one day stands up and then starts talking as if it were natural.
They think, "There is no way I can do it," so it is probably "inevitable," so to speak, that they will be able to do it. They may even think they can fly if they want to!
When they enter elementary school, they start talking about their dreams for the future.
"I'm going to be an astronaut in the future!"
"I'm going to be an idol in the future!"
With a twinkle in their eyes, they talk about their future with smiles and loud voices.

As these children grow older, they gradually stop saying such things.
They start using words like "impossible" and "difficult.
Why do they do that?
Why do they stop believing in themselves?

What is it that we, as adults, can and should do now?
It is to make them believe in their own "unlimited potential" once again.
We should tell them the importance of making an effort and of never giving up.

It is to encourage everyone involved in our company to discover their own potential once again through this work.
As a result, they will be able to lead more fulfilling and prosperous lives and become happier.
I believe it is my mission to do my utmost to achieve this.

You only live once.
Believing in myself and my colleagues, I would like to continue to spend my time cheerfully and happily.
In the process, I hope that each and every employee, including myself, will grow as a person, build a "strong organization" and an "enjoyable organization," and contribute to the local community.

I would like to continue to increase the number of colleagues who "enjoy life through work".
