Guidable K.K. is a start-up company in its 8th year of operation. Guidable is a start-up company that has been in business for 8 years and is developing services that enable people from overseas to work and play an active role in Japan!
Since launching "Guidable Japan," a media service for foreigners in 2015, we have launched a variety of businesses. Among them, "Guidable Jobs" is now expanding rapidly in response to the growing needs for hiring foreigners.
Guidable, Inc. has members of various nationalities. We are looking for a person who wants to support the Guidable team and become a professional in the field of foreign recruitment as a customer success.

You will support foreign residents to find jobs in Japanese companies on "Guidable Jobs", a recruiting platform exclusively for foreign residents, and support companies to recruit foreign residents smoothly.
Guidable Jobs

Specifically, we help match foreign residents who are having trouble finding work with Japanese companies that are in need of workers.
This is a full-time position for a career advisor who will talk to foreign job seekers who contact us and guide them to suitable jobs.

Annual income 3.24 million yen - 6 million yen
◆Salary details (reference)
Monthly salary: 250,000 yen - 500,000 yen
kore (basic salary): 186,500 yen - 367,300 yen
kore (fixed overtime allowance (45 hours/month): 63,500 yen - 132,700 yen
Overtime allowance for overtime work in excess of 45 hours per month will be paid additionally.
